Sunday Reflection Quote…A flipped perspective; yet, so true. It takes courage to put fear on the shelf and leave it in order to depart from comfortable consistency. I’m learning when the unknown shifts across the continuum to the known, it isn’t the new information that’s difficult to digest. Rather, departing from the known is the chunk requiring marination. Accepting what was perceived to be when it no longer is takes extended time to absorb.

Sunday Reflection Quote…The last couple weeks have been filled with stretch experiences socially, intellectually, and emotionally. Some anticipated and others not so much. Life is certainly dynamic; I’m learning to be more assertive, choosing what I leave behind or carry forward.

Sunday Quote, 7/2/17

Sunday Reflection Quote…The previous week may seem all fun and games (which it was!), but beneath the surface there was a foundation of intentionality and redemption (cuz reasons). I didn’t do everything I had hoped, but I did tackle walking through a few doors of fear. Stretch experiences can be tough, but are so much richer than looking back with regret. I don’t feel like the yelling from the tree tops type of “power,” but I certainly feel proud and satisfied. Until next time…
