Sunday Reflection Quote…This week I was reminded saying “no” is not only allowed, but healthy. Carrying guilt or assumed disappointment is such an energy drain. It is not reasonable to be all things to all people. However, it is reasonable to take care of myself and prioritize time as needed. I’m still the same person. Here’s to continuing to maintain balance and caring for myself!

Sunday Reflection Quote…The compare/contrast brain raised its gnarly head again. I find myself questioning multiple facets in the professional, personal, and physical realms. What a fruitless, viscous cycle. Thankfully, I’ve become much better at giving those thoughts a nod, then a swift kick to the curb. I’m reminded I’ve worked incredibly hard to be who and where I am. There’s nothing wrong with having confidence, being choosy, and maintaining authenticity. Here’s to “being that self!” #sunday #reflection #quote #sorenkierkegaard #beyourself #authentic #bechoosy #onelife #simplicity #happiness #contentment #wellness #confidence #goodenough #acceptance #enjoythejourney #myownstory #keeponkeepingon

Sunday Reflection Quote…My over thinking mind and anxiety belly catapulted into overdrive this week. The core of who I am as an educator and essence of my being was questioned and challenged not once, but thrice. Sometimes difficult situations barge through the door, but it doesn’t mean it has to take up residency in my heart and mind. Here’s to having confidence in my abilities and the resolve to remain strong. Let it go and chin up!
